Noise Is Free 合辑 / Noise Is Free Compilation

Mini Midi 2008，第4次的Mini Midi，第一次和MIDI音乐节分开举办。座谈、演出、小型展览、即兴安排的声音游戏、电影、无线耳机、煎饼和按摩……很多人……远处，工地的灯光映照着因污染而变得神秘的空气；草地上，几百人在聊天，走动，聆听，出神。各种各样的声音混杂在一起，成为更大的噪音。两岸交流、实验音乐和声音艺术、本地和国际、作品、场景，这一切正在相互影响，我们有幸身处此时此地，体会到了一种蠢蠢欲动的生命力。

Mini Midi 2008结束以后，我们又做了几件事情：整理照片、为《当代艺术与投资》杂志编辑相关专题、和知识共享（Creative Commons）合作编辑合辑唱片。水陆观音也在继续举办。声音仍然在人们的身体和头脑里蔓延。这感觉就像是Mini Midi并没有结束……

Mini Midi 2008 is the 4th Mini Midi and the first issue that taken place out of main venue of MIDI Festival. Conversations, live performances, small exhibition, sound game, films, wireless headphones, Jianbing (pancakes) and massage... In the distance, lights irradiate to the secret polluted clouds from constraction site. On the grass, hundreds of people are chatting, walking, listening or thinking nothing. Varieties of sound are mixed up to a huge noise. Cross-strait exchange, experimental music and sound art, local and international, works and scene, all of these are effected each other. we are so lucky to be here at this moment that feel this blooming vitality.

after Mini Midi 2008 we have work on such things: collect photos, edit a special feature for Contemporary Art & Investment magazine, and edit a compilation CD with cooperation of Creative Commons. Waterland Kwanyin is going on. Sounds is spreading in people's body and mind. this offers a feeling that Mini Midi has no ending...
